Standard cleaning takes into account basic cleaning maintenance such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms/kitchen/living room, etc.
We do offer additional deep cleaning services such as cleaning inside the fridge, oven and other areas. These add-ons can be mentioned in the comments section when booking.

When you book a service an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you are ready to go!

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (giftcard) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have.

If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with our service, we will offer a full refund.
If you are not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window). If you are still unsatisfied with the work, we will refund your money.
